Considerable practical experience in people engagement, workplace & culture change project delivery. Skilled in developing effective corporate strategy and transformation business cases,  gaining commitment and successfully driving and implementing agility in work, place and culture.

Since 2008 Paul has been Managing Director and Principal Consultant at The Agile Organisation where he has established a successful track record in providing specialist, independent support, advice, development and implementation work for a diverse range of organisations focused on agility, change, efficiency and effectiveness.

Previously Paul headed the UKs largest Agile Working Programme, and award-winning BT Workstyle Programme in UK provinces. He successfully developed and implemented BT Office, Operational and agile working strategies over 20 years, dramatically transforming cost, closely aligning workplace with business needs and enabling new effective ways of working.

Assignments at The Agile Organisation have included the WorkplaceChoice Programme at London Stock Exchange Group, EMEA Agile Workplace Strategy for Gartner Inc, the EMEA “Open Up”  Workplace Programme at Arcadis NV and the Enabling Agile Working Programme at Birmingham City Council, as well as developing the Connected Working concept for Osborne Clark and developing the agile working policy and communication plan for The Open University.
