Qualified as a chartered surveyor, Chris has led flexible working projects and solutions for over 20 years, initially within the BT estate and then using the experience gained for external clients, including Local and Central Government, plus organisations in the Commercial, Financial, and Legal Services sectors. He has a strong interest in making property effective in ways that improve the organisations’ ability to provide affordable, quality space from both staff and business perspectives. This approach encompasses commercial and personnel aspects as well as considering the organisational implications of each property decision.

He has led a number of projects looking at Business Productivity and Change, introduced sustainable agile working, and developed business cases for a range of solutions where property is only one element of the project. Earlier, he worked in the Retail Property sector, and was a surveyor for an industrial conglomerate. In each sector, his focus was on providing solutions where property was a catalyst or means of achieving business goals.
