Christopher Allen - MONTROC Consulting Ltd
Christopher founded MONTROC Consulting in 2018. MONTROC Consulting is a Workplace Consultancy. Its purpose is to help people to #liveworkbetter. MONTROC specialises in co-creating hybrid, blended, remote and disparate working strategies, then facilitating Workplace Change Management programmes to embed and grow change. MONTROC also guides the design of workplaces from offices to co-work to home. At MONTROC, Christopher has led workplace and ways-of-working change projects in multiple cities across Europe, and is leading Future of Work projects globally.
Prior to MONTROC, Christopher was Head of Workplace Consulting at Morgan Lovell, Head of Client Strategies & Management Consulting at CBRE GWS, Head of Variable Workplace Consulting at CBRE GCS, and prior to that was an Airborne Artillery Officer in the British Army for 20 years.
Christopher was educated at Cairo American College, Trinity School London, Loughborough University, RMA Sandhurst, The Defence Academy, and Manchester Business School. Christopher is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the CMI and ILM. He holds post-graduate qualifications in Strategic Direction and Leadership and is a Lumina Spark Practitioner. Christopher lives in Devon with his wife and 4 children. He swims open water, surfs and drinks red wine!
