I founded and lead The Changing Work Company which offers tailored training programmes and consultancy focussed at the intersection of hybrid ‘smart’ working and change management. Our aim is to smooth transition and help clients change work for the better – for the organisation and its people. For more than 20 years I have been at the forefront of developing the UK’s hybrid ‘smart’ working principles, practice and policies and am a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.

The Changing Work Company works with public and private sector clients. Recent projects include delivering the acclaimed Smart Working Changemaker training programmes, organisation review and strategic advice to guide development of good quality hybrid ‘smart’ working post-Covid, creation of office design policy guidelines to support agile working, and support for organisations and their people in managing on-going home-working effectively.

We also specialise in researching public sector real estate management strategies, trends and best practices across Europe and the wider world.
