Book NowSince the first Workplace Trends conference back in 2002, many other events have joined the niche of workplace design and management. Here’s what makes us stand out from the crowd. And if you need to make a business case to convince the boss to let you attend, this page should help!

1. Not just keeping up to date, but one step ahead!

We look at the up-coming real trends for the next 10-20 years. Since our first conference in 2002 we’ve been among the first identify the now-trending subjects of wellbeing, creativity, happiness, biomimicry, biophilia, agile & activity based working, cellular vs open plan, to name but a few.

2. A quality delegate list

We don’t hand out many free passes. That means the 200 or so delegates who are there have paid to attend and aren’t at the event just for a free lunch! We have a loyal and consistent following of the best professionals in workplace design and consultancy who return year on year as delegates and often as speakers. If you want to meet the real movers and shapers of the industry, chances are they’ll be in attendance.
Our Presdo Match event app makes it easy to approach new contacts too. Right from your day of registration you have access to the app which has a full delegate profile listing and messaging system. Before registering you can view the list of registered companies in attendance on our Who’s Attending page.

3. Making connections

We’re aware of a large number of projects and joint ventures that have been born out of connections made and developed at Workplace Trends. We suspect just the fact you’re a paid up delegate adds credibility to your résumé and company!

4. Pitch-free presentations

We don’t accept payments for organisations to give a presentation or chair a session (yes, it happens – we’ve seen prices of £40K for the opportunity to take the stage). We insist on quality, data-driven or case studies formats, not sales presentations.

5. Presentation recordings

We video record each session on the day and all delegates receive a link after the event to view and download the films. Pdf copies of most of the presentations are also sent out the day after the conference. These recordings are currently only available to paid up delegates.

6. No-pressure environment for end users / occupiers

Sometimes occupiers shy away from conferences, or only attend as a freebie, just because they’re made to feel like the honey pot in a bee hive. We’ve noticed our delegates are a respectful bunch – It’s a great place to meet new people, glean information, and network in a relaxed environment.

7. Group Rates

Sometimes it makes sense to send a team to a conference to get the most out of it. We offer some great rates on team bookings. Plus after registering you’ll receive a 15% discount code for your colleagues to use if they later decide to join you at the conference.

8. No fuss cancellation policy

With our early bird rates in full flow, we have a confidence boosting cancellation policy. If you register early you can request a cancellation or credit right up to 30 days before the event. What’s not to lose?
Book NowWe hope this is all good news for you and might even help you convince the boss! See you there!

With thanks to our conference sponsors
