Our new short course helps you successfully deliver technical presentations, in a manner that will keep your audiences’ attention and makes you stand out as a respected speaker.
As an expert in your technical field you will occasionally need to make presentations to your peers, management or sponsors, at work, or at conferences.
But be honest, do you sometimes see their eyes glaze over, or do they sneak a look out of the window?
You need to disseminate to, and influence, your audience in a form they understand, enjoy and most importantly remember and recommend to others. But sadly for some, this is more dependent on how you deliver your content, not the content itself.
This public speaking and presentation skills workshop is specifically crafted to help technical speakers deliver powerful presentations and make an impact from the stage.
Our two expert workshop facilitators call on over four decades of combined experience in public speaking at international conferences. They will share the best techniques and methods around presenting research findings, data, designs and information.
Regardless of whether you are new to presenting or a seasoned speaker, whether you are introverted or extroverted, whether you are just starting your career or established, our workshop will help you.
Why attend? You will learn how to
- Prepare for speaking success
- Grab your audience’s attention
- Ensure you message is heard and understood
- Use supporting materials
- Outshine your peers from the stage
